My stay at the hotel was truly a mixed experience. The rooms were extremely spacious and had a cool terrace with stair access directly from the room, although it was more enjoyable late in the evening for stargazing. Depending on the villa you stay in, getting around may require a shuttle due to narrow streets. The beach was beautiful, nestled on the hills, but access could be a bit challenging. However, the shuttle service was convenient for moving around the resort.
I had a wonderful time at this hotel, with breathtaking views and extremely friendly staff. The rooms were spacious, with three balconies overlooking the most beautiful view in St Lucia. Although my room wasn't ready until the evening, I got to nap in a stunning room until then. The dining experience was generous and varied, really changing it up each day, and the location was ideal with great sunsets and plenty of watersports to enjoy.
Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience overall. The rooms were just amazing, with views to die for, and the cleaning service was exceptional. It would be awesome if the food could match the same level as the rooms. The private rooftop view at sunset was a highlight, and it's definitely worth staying in the villas up the side of the hill.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel with its Caribbean character style rooms offering a spacious two-bedroom layout, complete with a splash pool on two levels and ensuite bathrooms. The view from the balconies was breathtaking, though the decor felt slightly outdated. The immediate access to the kids' room from the entrance was very convenient.
The hotel has convenient rooms with kitchens and stainless steel appliances, but the lack of locking doors between rooms was disappointing. The service with St Lucian hospitality was superb, although some staff seemed overwhelmed. The location is fantastic, especially at night, but noise from the restaurant kitchen can be disruptive. The dining experience offered a wonderful selection of food, with live cooking stations, despite some limitations. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
